1st July marks the middle of the year so let’s kick off the second half of 2021 with our fabulous July Challenge!
Every month I set up a one minute challenge. That means every day you do a one minute exercise. I call them “exercise snacks”. In the past we’ve done planks and sit ups. This month we’re doing push ups. Don’t fear if you’re not very good at push ups because I will start at the very beginning, and we’re going to build from there. After all, this is called a “challenge” for very good reason.
