Every month I set up a one minute challenge. That means every day you do a one minute exercise. I call them “exercise snacks”
In the past we’ve done planks and sit ups. This month it’s mountain climbers. This is one of my favourite exercises! It’s such a good all rounded exercise, from legs to cardio to core. You are going to feel so good every day after you’ve done your one minute.
