Our September Challenge was a huge success. It was walking/running 60kms in September. Well done to everyone that took part. So thrilled that you all enjoyed that time outdoors, either connecting with nature, or family members or walking the dog. There were days when I did not feel like doing my 2 km, however I knew that I would feel better afterwards.

Onto October’s Challenge…wait for it…it’s called Planktober 2020.Yup, we’re doing a one-minute plank EVERY DAY during the month of October.
