I am now in my mid-fifties, however when I hit 45 I noticed not only my body changing, but life around me as well. So I understand if this is happening to you.
Through continuous personal development, research, changing my diet, mindset and outlook, I now feel younger, have more energy and enjoy life to it’s fullest. Today I want to give back, share my knowledge and expertise with you so that you can benefit from my learnings.

When I hit my late forties, I felt tired all the time, couldn’t get out of bed in the mornings, and the afternoons were spent napping on the sofa! I also noticed my waistline disappeared, and I could not fit into my jeans anymore.
