Best Ever Overnight Oats

Do you love overnight oats?

I do, and this is my all time favourite recipe which I make in my Thermomix. But before you say “I don’t have a Thermomix”, rest assured that you can make this in a big jar without any fancy equipments. I have adapted the recipe below so that you can make it in a big jar. Yay!

Ingredients:

80 g almond meal (or finely chopped almonds)
1 apple cored and finely chopped (or you can use other seasonal fruit to your liking)
100g rolled oats (I use gluten free oats from GF Oats in Australia)
40 g chia seeds
550 g liquid (I use 250g almond milk and 300g water)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 good pinch of sea salt

Method:

This is the simplest thing – throw all the ingredients into a really big jar, or a food processor, and combine. Then leave for a few hours or overnight in the fridge. Serve with shaved coconut and fresh berries.
