Time to rethink the drink?

Newsflash!!

I haven't had an alcoholic drink for almost one whole year. 

It's not that I made a resolution, or made a decision to give up the drink. It just happened. And the longer I went without, the better I felt. I also found I could sleep better, I now wake easily, my skin was clearer, and my tummy is so much happier. And not to mention the effects on my weight.

Today, I have no intention of having another alcoholic drink. I just feel more alive than ever.
