I'll let you in on a secret...

My weekly grocery shop is super super boring!

It's basically proteins, vegetables, and a few pantry items. I tend to buy the same things each week (give or take). I go to the same butcher, I go to the same fishmonger, and to the same supermarket.

However, it makes prepping meals super easy!

I want to share my new Grocery List with you, because it takes the stress out of shopping and meal planning. In our household we don't do fancy meals, we eat boring meat/fish and vegetable dinners. Very simple, very nutritious, very easy to prepare.

One thing we've started doing this winter, is having a special Sunday roast. Each week I buy a cut of meat that's more fancy, roast lots of seasonal vegetables (Brussels sprouts are my favourite right now), and we sit down and have our Sunday meal at around 5.30pm. And I make sure there are leftovers which I have the following day.
